This instrument is mainly used to test the reflectivity of car interior and exterior rearview mirrors. Can measure the reflectivity of flat mirrors, wedge-shaped mirrors (first and second reflective surfaces), spherical mirrors, etc. Standard reflectivity samples are available. Equipped with a computer, it can also measure the reflectivity change rate of the anti glare rearview mirror.

In the past, the distortion rate of car rearview mirrors was tested by taking photos, rinsing, magnifying, measuring, and calculating. Not only is the method outdated and prone to errors, but the operation is also extremely cumbersome, which is clearly incompatible with the current information age. Now the DCS-2 computer-based car rearview mirror distortion rate tester adopts the latest photoelectric imaging technology to directly measure the distortion rate of the rearview mirror through computer image analysis. Make work that originally required several hours complete in just a few minutes. It can be printed and output (including images), and can also be stored and connected to the internet.

Main technical requirements:

1.The light source is CIE (International Commission on Illumination) standard A light source, with a working related color temperature T68=2855.6K;
2.Parallel light illumination, beam diameter ≥ φ 19mm;
3.Beam incidence angle 25 °± 5 °;
4.This tester has two channels, two sampling ports, one measuring spherical mirror (through an integrating sphere), and one measuring flat mirror and wedge-shaped mirror;
5.Zero drift for 5 minutes shall not exceed ± 0.001;
6.The measurement repeatability is not greater than 0.01;
7.The measurement error shall not exceed ± one percentage point;
8.Equipped with a computer, measurement data can be printed and output;
9.According to customer requirements, a device for measuring the transmission (light) rate of the vehicle mirror can be installed.
